2022 Reflections and 2023 Intentions
This year's worksheet is pretty similar to last years. If you have never done one of these, I'll give you a quick run down!
Every year for the past 5 years, my girlfriends and I take some time at the beginning of the year to reflect over what we did the past year and set our intentions or goals for the next year. This idea originally came from the book, The Code of the Extraordinary Mind.
It takes us hours to complete and some years are full of happiness and laughter and sometimes we see a lot more tears. It's also fun to check our sheets from last year and see how we did. It's pretty amazing and what happens when you set intentions and forget about them!
Grab a cup of coffee or glass of wine, your favorite pen and set aside a few hours for this. I hope you enjoy the process as much as I do!
