Week by Week Prenatal Workouts

I have spent over a decade coaching and caring for prenatal and postnatal mamas. I’ve helped hundreds of women move through pregnancy with more confidence, less discomfort and a deeper connection to their changing bodies. Over and over, I’ve seen how intentional movement and nervous system support can make pregnancy, birth, and recovery not just easier, but more empowering.

 

During my second pregnancy, we were living outside of the city and I wasn't regularly at a gym anymore. I needed motivation and joined Street Parking, which I love. Although, they offer a ton of modifications and I'm well equipped to modify any workout, I realized a fully modified program for the prenatal period was needed. That’s why I created this week-by-week pregnancy workout guide. It's a simple, affordable, effective, strength-building plan that meets you exactly where you are in your pregnancy journey. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, staying active through each trimester, or rebuilding in your fourth trimester, this program is designed to support your body, your baby and your long-term well-being.

Each program has three workouts for each week utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight. Optional equipment includes a box, adjustable rings and a bumper plate. Most workouts require some equipment, some are body weight only. There will be modifications for nearly every movement. All of the workouts will take somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes. My demo videos are over on my YouTube channel and directly linked in the programming. I'm so excited to have you here!
