Who doesn't love coming home to a warm, delicious meal? I love it even more when it's -1000 degrees out. You'll have meat for days with this one.

Ingredients

2-3 lb pork shoulder (like most of my meat, it's from Harvest Moon)

1 large onion, chopped

1 green apple, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, chopped

1/4 c apple cider vinegar

2 cups bone broth

2 T salt

1 T pepper

Throw it all in your slow cooker and set it on low for 10-12 hours. If the pork is fully thawed, 10 hours will be more than enough. If you're like me and you are too excited to make it so your pork is still a bit frozen, it will take a bit longer. Sometimes pork shoulders are wrapped in string, make sure you cut it off!
