4 Ingredient Cookies and Cream Bars

It's another gelatin recipe! And LMNT recipe. Super easy and super delicious.


1 can of coconut milk

2 scoops of gelatin

2 chocolate LMNT electrolyte packets (alternatively, you can use 2 T honey and 2 T cocoa)

4 gluten free oreos (or not gluten free, totally up to you! I have been purchasing them from Walmart lately)

Put one can of coconut milk in a small pan that can be used on the stove top. Add the gelatin, mix it a bit and let it sit for at least 5 minutes to "bloom". This will make it much easier to mix it in. Heat it up over medium heat and stir until the gelatin fully mixes in. Turn the heat off and add the electrolytes (or honey and cocoa). Pour it into a heat tolerable dish (I use a Pyrex dish) and crumble the cookies into it. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating to set. Another delicious gelatin recipe! I've also made this like a pie. I ran the oreos through a food processor to make the crust, pressed it into a pie pan, then poured the gelatin mixture on top. Yum!
