I've already told you how much I like to get extra collagen (or gelatin) in my diet. This is such an EASY recipe (c'mon, I don't do complicated) and it's delicious!
3 T gelatin
1.5 c juice of choice (I like apple juice)
Pour them into a small pot on the stove top over medium heat and mix until all of the gelatin dissolves. Put it into a glass dish (I typically use a Pyrex dish) and put in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Cut it up and enjoy! That's it, that's all.
