I originally was making these into burgers, but as I was making them I realized they would be way easier and possibly more delicious as meat balls. So, into the oven they went. I didn't measure the ingredients out exactly (story of my life) so feel free to increase or decrease as you see fit.

Ingredients

2 pounds of ground lamb

1 egg

1/4 c onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp oregano

4 basil leaves, finely chopped

4 T feta

1/2 tsp salt

Mix all of the ingredients and roll into bite sized meatballs. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes. Enjoy! This recipe is part of my Skillshare course, Healthy Freezer Meals for Busy Lives. I would love for you to join me!
