Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

This recipe will be the easiest and quickest way you will get a gluten, grain, dairy, soy and egg free cookie into your mouth. You're welcome.

Ingredients

1/2 c almonds

2 T shredded coconut

8 dates, pitted

1 T coconut oil

2 T chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life) Dash of salt and vanilla


Throw the almonds, coconut flakes and dates into a food processor. Blend until smooth, which may take up to a minute. Add the chocolate chips, salt and vanilla then blend for about 15 seconds.


Delicious. Raw. Paleo. Vegan.


If you have a larger food processor, you may need to double or triple the ingredients.
