Almond Butter Blondies


These bars are like if a cookie and a brownie had a baby. They are also part of my Well Fed Kitchen Skillshare course, More Gluten and Dairy Free Baking. I hope you love them as much as I do!


Ingredients:

1 c almond butter (best at room temperature)

1 T coconut flour

3 eggs (best at room temperature)

3 T coconut oil, melted

1/4 c honey

1/4 c chocolate chips

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all of the ingredients well and put in a well oiled baking dish. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. They should be firm in the middle, but don't over bake. Enjoy!
