Squat 101 (VIDEO)

Squatting is one of my all time favorite movements. It utilizes most of your body, you can do it anywhere and then ability to perform one well is very indicative of your overall health. Unfortunately, due to our sedentary lifestyle and poor movement patterns, most of us lose the ability to properly squat. But, you can fix that! Here is how:
