ABOUT ME
I earned my doctorate in chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. I'm the sixth chiropractor in my family to graduate from there. I grew up in Morris, Minnesota, ran NCAA division II track and field in college and moved to Winnipeg in 2011, earning permanent residency in 2013.
I've been with Lifemark Nature Park Way since 2017 and Omnia since 2022. I have additional training in prenatal, pediatrics and occupational health. I also coach at Undefeated Health and Performance. and am currently teaching food courses on Skillshare.
When I'm not in the clinic, you’ll find me out exploring. I love hiking, camping and traveling in general. I'm the co-creator of the Do North Project, a Manitoba based travel blog.
My ultimate life goal is to inspire others to not only feel better, but function better through chiropractic, nutrition and self-care.
