Package
You deserve to be well taken care of after having a baby. Rather than trying to figure out how you are going to get to your appointments and take care of the little one(s), let me come to you!
My postpartum package includes:
Four home visits during weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 postpartum.
They will include any or all of the following, as necessary:

Chiropractic care

Meditation and breath work
-
Gentle, specific movement to initiate core rehabilitation

Guidance and resources for postpartum care and questions

If needed, a few extra hands to help so you can shower (or simply lay down for a few minutes)
The whole package is only $349.
If you have extended health benefits, they may cover a portion of the costs.
